Since beginning her storytelling career in 1993, she has performed and taught storytelling throughout Southern California. Abel Silvas is a gifted storyteller - and evoking laughter is his specialty. An actor, mime and comedian, Abel studied mime under Marcel Marceau at the University of Michigan to enhance his storytelling abilities. He is also a Fullbright Scholar who has traveled to India, Mexico, and was sent to Chile, by the U.S. Department of State for their U.S. Speaker/Specialist program promoting the Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, DC.

Reiko provides musical accompaniment on authentic instruments (koto, drums, rattles, shakers, guitar, flutes, guiros) and Steven tells the stories. Participatory shows allow the audience to play instruments or sing along with the story. They are available for schools, libraries, and other public or private venues.
